Veil Details:  It was made of layers of ivory silk tulle with a trim of flowers and hand-embroidered by the Royal School of Needlework.

Royal Gems: She wore the ‘halo’ tiara (Cartier, 1936). Originally gifted to the Queen Mum by King George VI and presented to Queen Elizabeth at age 18.

Fashionwidget’s Verdict: As speculated, the bride wore a classic lace themed organza gown complete with a cinched waist and bodice from the house of McQueen. Alexander McQueen that is. The gown (which fit like a painted on glove) appeared to have added padding in the hip area drawing attention to Kate’s tiny waistline. It was designed by Sarah Burton and is rumoured to cost somewhere between $15-$20 million USD. Speechless-ly Spectacular! A++++++++
