Hollywood Fashion Update: Salma Hayek and Blake Lively Light Up the ‘Savages’ Premiere in California
Blake Lively (left) never ceases to amaze me, the fact that she never uses a stylist yet manages to pick the right outfit and styles herself perfectly each time she steps out on the red carpet is quite commendable. Here she is at the premiere of her latest film ‘Savages’ in a swirly striped beige and black figure accentuating Zuhair Murad, sensibly paired with her Veronica Lake-esque hair-do and on trend red lips, in fact only one other person came close to stealing her fashion thunder on the red carpet Monday evening in Westwood, California and that was her co-star Salma Hayek in a green floor-length-sequins-embellished Gucci number. Fashion on.

Fashion’s Main Event: The CFDA Awards will be streamed LIVE for the first time ever this year
Following in the footsteps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Gala, which broadcasted it’s annual designer/star-studded event LIVE via the internet for the first time this year, the organisers of the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) awards will also be streaming their annual award show LIVE on June 5th via style.com. What Fashionwidget Loved: Everything was awesome and unique in its own way and I wish all these recent graduates all the best in their fashion careers. I loved the groovy outfits which were unexpected and fun.
