FASHIONWIDGET’S VERDICT: We just love this cross-body ruffle shoulder little black dress on Scarlett. We did some digging and we believe all credit for this lovely frock belong to the House of Valentino. Those ruffles would have looked equally awesome in all black (like the Marchesa version we’ve also suggested in our slideshow) but we’re not complaining about them being in off-white. Scarlett’s auburn up-swept locks kept the look interesting, clean and understated while the nude strappy heels completed the look. Love the dare-to-bare makeup too. Scarlett you are a fashionista like no other. A+
