Paz Vega is a vision in Stéphane Rolland on Day 3 of the Cannes Film Festival

At the Cannes film festival, the L’Oreal girls have ruled the red carpet with glitz and flambouyant glamour for years and rightfully so seeing as L’Oreal is the official sponsor of the film festival. Paz Vega, who reportedly replaced fellow Spaniard Penelope Cruz as the face of L’Oreal Spain last year definitely got off on the right foot opting for a rather couture-ish black and white cut-out cleavage Stéphane Rolland gown. Fashionwidget’s pick for best dressed on Day 3 means yet another feather in the L’Oreal fashion cap at Cannes.

Fashionwidget’s Verdict: There was a lot to see on the red carpet today so we are just going to keep in simple and highlight what we loved. Penelope Cruz served it up hot in Marchesa FALL/2011 and in Stella McCartney (at the photo call), Paz Vega kept it interesting in Azarro F/W 2010 and Uma Thurman kept to her Cannes 2011 red carpet go-to-colour in a white Chanel Couture gown. Day 4 fashion was on par with what we’ve seen so far at Cannes this year but we want more oomph on the red carpet from now on.
